3人の妃を持つハーンがいた。ある日戦に旅立つことになり，ハーンは帰還したのちに何をくれるか妃らに尋ねた。3番目の妃は「金の胸と銀の尻をした男の子を生みます」と答えた。妃はまさしくその男の子を生んだが，1番目と2番目の妃がそれを妬んで男の子を埋めてしまった。帰還後，男の子がいないことを知ったハーンは怒り，3番目の妃を追放した。しかし思いがけず生き埋めの男の子が見つかり，3番目の妃は男の子とともに幸せに暮らしたとさ。
There was a king who had three queens. One day while preparing to go to battle, he asked his queens what they would give him when he came back. The third queen answered that she would bear a boy with a golden breast and silver buttocks. After the king went to battle, the third queen bore such a boy. However, the first and second queens hid the boy because they envied the third queen. When the king returned from the battle, he found the third queen had no child. He was angry and banished her. One day, however, the king found the boy hidden under the sill. Then he searched for the third queen. Finally, the king and the third queen lived happily with their son with a golden breast and silver buttocks.
